Refund policy

We take pride in our work and ensure that the customer is happy. We aim to resolve issues in no time, should there be any problem with your product. Please contact us immediately.

Due to personalised and made to order nature of our product they may only be returned if there is an error with the design or defects with the artwork. You may return the product to us within 7 days after delivery for a replacement or refund. Returns must comeback to us in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of posting any returns.

Our products are made to order, we exert time and effort to fulfill orders. If you wish to cancel or change your order please note that..​

• A 15% cancellation fee for processing your order plus credit card merchant fees if you use credit card.

• If we already began the production of your orders prior to your cancellation request. You will be charged a full amount due on you order.

• Postage cost can only be refunded if the item has not already been posted.
